A man has been bailed after admitting assaulting a police officer.Timothy David Wilcock, 33 of Tavistock Road, Plymouth, pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer in Bath on April 17 and to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour on the same day in the city.Wilcock also pleaded guilty to a third charge of failing to surrender to custody at Bath Magistrates' Court on June 20.He will appear again at Bath Magistrates' Court on August 21 for sentencing.
