Avon and Somerset Police have issued a statement following the sentencing of Bath man Teon-jamal Ballans, who admitted the rape of a teenage girl. Ballans, 25, raped the 17-year-old girl in the early hours of December 20 last year at the Bath Spa University accommodation along Lower Bristol Road. He was sentenced to 11 years in jail.
