A Bath man who assaulted a traffic officer after his car was clamped has been given a 16 week suspended prison sentence. Daniel Hunt, aged 40, of Lambridge in Bath saw red when he learnt his car was to be towed away and decided he would remove the clamps himself - while subjecting traffic officers to a torrent of abuse.
