A man accused with rape is on the run in the West Country.The man, Bester Mashayamombewas, 51, was charged by police in September with one count of rape and one count of sexual assault by touching after an alleged assault on a patient at a Devon mental health unit.But he failed appear at Plymouth Magistrates' Court this week.Police are now looking for Mashayamombe, of Granby Street, Devonport, after a bench warrant for his arrest was issued.Officers have said they do not know where he is.Anyone...
